We headed down to a local farm to pick out the perfect pumpkins for our Jack-o-lanterns this year. In additions to lots of pumpkins to choose from, we found lots of fun things to do.
The kids enjoyed climbing all over the tractors!
Matthew was a little scared.
Here is the wheelbarrow. It's all loaded up. Where are we going to put those pumpkins?
Nicholas I hope those warts on that pumpkin are not contagious!
James found one he liked.
The wheelbarrow ride did not last long. Matthew joined in looking for his perfect pumpkin too.
Carly found a big one she wasn't going to let get away. She sat on it until we got the wheelbarrow close enough for her to lift it up.
The rule is that you have to be able to lift your own pumpkin. Nicholas chose the biggest one he could lift!
After we found the perfect pumpkins we found goats to feed.
Carly didn't waste any time making friends with the goats.
It took a little convincing for Matthew to join in.
Then it was time for a hay ride!
We had a blast! We will definately be going back to the local farm. Thanks for the fall fun!!!
